Momo Pinot Noir is a delicious and smooth drinking Marlborough Pinot Noir that will work perfectly with your summer barbecues. Earthy aromatics, with well concentrated flavours from sour cherry and plum to smoky oak and herbal, earthy nuances.
Certified organic grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch-pressed before being naturally fermented with wild yeast in old French oak barriques. The wine remained on lees in barrel for 12 months before being blended and lightly filtered before bottling.
Delicious with most red meats, mushroom dishes or hearty fish like salmon. This wine has the potential to improve over the next five years, evolving and developing complexity with bottle age.
